• Health Progress Notes — information you choose to share

💬 WhatsApp & AiSensy

We use AiSensy (a WhatsApp Business API partner) to send OTP messages and order updates to your WhatsApp number. When you use our login system, your mobile number is shared with AiSensy solely for sending OTP messages.

• All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers
• OTPs expire within 10 minutes and are never stored permanently
• Passwords are not used — we use OTP-only login for your security
• We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
